    Who you'll be:

This role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive data migration strategy from Microsoft Dynamics and NetCRM into the Salesforce Person Account model. The position involves directing data profiling, mapping, mock conversions, production cutover, and establishing a robust data governance and deduplication strategy for the platform.

    What you'll do:

    • Own the end-to-end data migration strategy from Microsoft Dynamics and NetCRM into Salesforce (Person Account model).
    • Lead data profiling, field-level mapping, and transformation design using MuleSoft DataWeave in collaboration with Bank data stewards.
    • Direct iterative mock-conversion cycles, production cutover extraction/load, and post-migration reconciliation.
    • Design the native duplicate-merge/deduplication strategy, including Salesforce duplicate rules, custom Apex probabilistic matching, and a data-steward Lightning Web Component.
    • Establish the data governance framework, including data-quality standards, access/security model alignment, and an archiving/retention strategy (hot/warm/cold tiering).
    • Prepare migration specification deliverables and reconciliation reports for Bank sign-off.

    What you need:

    • Proven experience in data migration and management, particularly with Salesforce Person Account model.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and NetCRM data structures.
    • Proficiency in MuleSoft DataWeave for data transformation.
    • Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks and deduplication strategies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce duplicate rules, custom Apex, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
