How the Alumni program works:

1. Apply via this job advert.
2. Complete our assessment process.
3. Get trained remotely. You’ll learn everything you need to start your career in banking services. Learning from experts from mthree who have decades of experience, you'll be taught the technical and soft skills that organizations really need. Training is completely free and there are no hidden costs or catches.
4. Join a mthree client for 12-24 months while receiving support and salary increases every 12 months.
5. The vast majority then convert to permanent employees with the client at the end of the program.

What you’ll need:

• University degree or equivalent.
• Very strong analytical and presentation skills, with excellent grasp of PowerPoint / excel / word and ability to distill large quantities of information into key themes / issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to work with senior teams and ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Be able to work effectively under pressure and with multiple stakeholders and willingness to go the ‘extra-mile’.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, filter information and prioritize multiple demands.
• Experiences in budget management, forecasting and financial models is a plus.
• Accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA) or MBA preferred but not required.
