Job Description

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement programming technologies (such as C#, HTML, JavaScript) for web-based applications tied to a SQL Server backend.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to automate business processes.
• Serve as the SharePoint Administrator, responsible for the implementation, assessment, and support of new and existing capabilities in SharePoint Online (SPO).
• Maintain SharePoint permissions for all sites and provide technical support for any tools created in SPO.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from discovery and requirements gathering to build, test, and deployment.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, conduct demos, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Handle application deployment to IIS web and application servers.
• Provide advice, guidance, and training to end-users on SharePoint and other developed solutions.
• Create, maintain, and support clear and comprehensive system documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and provide advice on industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members.
