The Senior Consultant plays a key role in delivering strategic technology and business transformation engagements for middle-market and private equity-backed clients. This individual partners with client leadership teams to assess operations, identify improvement opportunities, develop transformation roadmaps, and support the implementation of technology-enabled solutions.
The Senior Consultant serves as a day-to-day project leader, managing workstreams, mentoring associates, and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. Engagements may include technology strategy, process improvement, organizational design, ERP implementation, data and analytics initiatives, AI and automation programs, and change management efforts.

This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000.
