  • Plan and execute server, domain, file share, application, endpoint, and identity migrations across acquired or consolidated environments.
  • Support Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, licensing, security baselines, and user transition planning.
  • Use or evaluate migration and management tools such as AvePoint Fly, BitTitan MigrationWiz, Microsoft native migration tooling, PowerShell, and related platforms to support repeatable integration work.
  • Manage, support, monitor, secure, and maintain LANs, WANs, network segments, VPN connectivity, and ISP services across offices, jobsites, and acquired locations.
  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain servers, cloud services, Windows Server operating systems, business applications, security tools, and enterprise hardware.
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Server and client network services, including AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, Entra ID, and hybrid identity services.
  • Design, deploy, and support network infrastructure including file servers, VPN gateways, firewalls, wireless networks, switching, and core network services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining system integrity, security, uptime, and user productivity during integration or migration activities.
  • Administer desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, phones, and related peripherals, including onboarding acquired users and devices into company standards.
  • Establish and enforce system standards, policies, documentation, and best practices for lifecycle management, reliability, security, and acquisition integration readiness.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, vendors, and solutions based on business needs, scalability, cost, migration complexity, and operational risk.
  • Assess infrastructure-related risks and determine appropriate mitigation strategies with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborate with IT teammates, internal stakeholders, acquired company personnel, vendors, and leadership on integration projects and system improvements.
  • Take ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to project management, documentation, runbooks, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.

What You Will Need to be Successful
