Owns the post-build half of a new Caseware product: defining the target user, positioning, pricing, running the beta, and launching. Requires 3-5 years in user research, positioning, pricing, beta programs, or launches, with SQL/Excel skills. Hybrid role in Toronto, full-time permanent.

Building something great is only half the job. The other half — deciding who it's for, proving it's worth paying for, and making sure it actually catches on — is just as hard, and just as often gotten wrong. This role owns that other half.
You'll take a product from “we think this could work” to “we know it works, and here's the number that proves it.” You'll define who it's for, sharpen how we talk about it, help price it right, run the beta that tells us the truth, launch it, watch what actually happens, and feed everything you learn straight back into what we build next. Nobody hands this role a finished plan. You build it — end to end.
