This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CX Data & Intelligence Analyst based in Canada.
As a CX Data & Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming customer feedback, operational data, and business information into actionable insights that enhance customer experiences and support strategic decisions. You will lead analytical initiatives that connect customer perceptions with business performance, helping stakeholders better understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement. Working with multiple data sources, you will develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical frameworks that provide meaningful insights across the organization. You will also serve as a subject matter expert in customer experience analytics and Qualtrics, supporting survey programs and data integration initiatives. Through collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders, you will help strengthen customer-centric strategies and drive measurable business outcomes.
