In this strategic and highly collaborative role, you will identify opportunities to transform business operations through AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies. Acting as an internal consultant and builder, you will work closely with teams across all departments to redesign processes and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and business performance. You will lead AI initiatives from initial discovery and experimentation through implementation, adoption, and long-term optimization. By combining technical expertise with strong change management and communication skills, you will help teams unlock the full potential of AI while maintaining human judgment, data integrity, and customer trust.
